One of our clients, a regional lubricant distributor to the automotive, aviation and commercial trades, requires a CEO to manage their business. An ideal candidate will be a Master’s graduate from a top International Business School, with knowledge of the lubricants market. They should have operational leadership experience as well as strategic knowledge.

The luxury food retailer, DEAN & DELUCA, is searching for a visionary U.S. focused CEO with a proven executive leadership track record to be based in New York City. The ideal candidate’s core competencies must embody the ability to empower organizational change, develop new strategies for customer reach and conversion, cultivate knowledgeable luxury customer service, and must have a hands on approach to management. Additionally, the candidate must possess a deep appreciation and understanding of luxury food and the business sector’s future direction through both brick and mortar as well as eCommerce growth.

The primary office location for the business is in Lincoln, NE. The successful candidate will bring experience with developing and implementing a strategic plan, working with the Board of Directors; coordinating operational planning; and ensuring the attainment of the operational, strategic and financial goals of NebraskaLink. Skills in network deployment, staffing, deployment of back office systems, regulatory certifications, marketing, sales, budgets, contracts for outsourced services, and financial performance is essential.
A Bachelor’s Degree is desired, along with 7+ years of work-related experience and at least 5 years of management experience; an MBA is preferred. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have advanced knowledge in business development, and experience in a leadership capacity. Knowledge of the telecommunications industry, effective networking and negotiation skills, as well as analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, are essential. You must have general business experience with accounting, marketing, legal, finance and human resources.

Progressive, collaborative and skilled leaders sought as candidates to serve as the next CEO for a large wastewater utility operation serving the residents and businesses of Little Rock, Arkansas (population 193,000). The Little Rock Wastewater Utility is comprised of 203 full time employees and has an annual operating and maintenance budget of $25 million and a 2013 capital budget of $17 million.
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree preferably in civil engineering, environmental engineering or a related field. An MBA, MPA or P.E. designation desirable. Candidates must have 5-7 years experience in an executive level position in a wastewater organization or similar entity. Salary is $180,000+/- DOQ. Excellent benefit package.
