Progressive, collaborative and skilled leaders sought as candidates to serve as the next CEO for a large wastewater utility operation serving the residents and businesses of Little Rock, Arkansas (population 193,000). The Little Rock Wastewater Utility is comprised of 203 full time employees and has an annual operating and maintenance budget of $25 million and a 2013 capital budget of $17 million.

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree preferably in civil engineering, environmental engineering or a related field. An MBA, MPA or P.E. designation desirable. Candidates must have 5-7 years experience in an executive level position in a wastewater organization or similar entity.   Salary is $180,000+/- DOQ. Excellent benefit package.
