Job Requirements: We are seeking a proven business-builder Chief Executive Officer with deep roots in the manufactured products space with a successful track record of building strong internal teams in research, product development, sales & marketing, administration, supply chain and operations. This record will include success in bringing new and innovative products to market, forging deep relationships with customers, suppliers and business partners, and executing on creative growth strategies through new product introduction, new customer development and pinpointed acquisition initiatives.
Your background will include extensive, multi-location manufacturing leadership coming up the ranks in your career in operations, finance or sales, and successfully leading middle market or mid-cap enterprises through significant business building initiatives. We are flexible on background and will consider prospective candidates from diverse manufacturing experiences from industrial products, to electronics, technology, telecommunications, automotive, aerospace to food & beverage. Ideally you will have spent some time in your career in a large, multi-national corporation and have complemented that with experience working in a mid-sized enterprise of $40M EBITDA or greater under public ownership or a financial sponsor. Job Requirements: The President and COO have P&L responsibility for Vulcan Capital and Vulcan Real Estate and is responsible for management and leadership of Finance, HR, Legal, Personal Services, Art Collection and Technology. The President and COO will manage a team of approximately 600 individuals.
The President and COO will be the first point of contact for ownership on any issues pertaining to asset management, personal service and functional information, and has operational responsibility for personal assets such as estates, aircraft and yachts.
The President and COO provides the strategy, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to ensure operating efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience
The successful candidate will be a seasoned and respected professional with at least 20 years of increasingly responsible experience within large, complex, multi-unit businesses including sophisticated financial services companies, large private investment offices or multi-asset class investment firms. Ability to conceptually understand a broad range of seemingly disparate industry sectors and see the cohesiveness and potential intersections where value can be derived. When appropriate, the ability to dive into the details that provide a broader understanding.
Proven executive leadership, excellent verbal and written communication skills, team building and problem solving skills are essential.
Exceptional financial knowledge, prior P&L responsibility, demonstrated understanding of business processes, proven analytical and strategic thinking and planning capabilities.

Chief Executive-CEO | ICR Staffing Services | Billings, MT
In this position, the CEO is responsible for day-to-day senior management and oversight of the physician hospital organization in order to develop and lead cooperative service initiatives within the market with duties including, but not limited to, practice assessment, primary and secondary service market evaluation, utilization management, provider and contractual relationships, MSO service delivery and company strategic planning.
Provides administrative leadership and direction related to the negotiation and execution of contracts and agreements in order to position the company to act as a leverage point between healthcare providers and third party payors.
Oversees the development of an ongoing comprehensive marketing campaign in order to market physician/hospital services to all primary and secondary service areas.
Directs and participates in the planning, implementation, evaluation and provision of MSO services to it’s members, i.e. financial operations, credentialing, practice assessment, IT support, consulting, , and third party payor relationship development.
Develops and maintains key strategic measures, processes and procedures related to all aspects of the company, acting as a resource in order to help providers and facilities become more cost-effective and cost-efficient.
Evaluates, monitors and ensures compliance with relevant regulations, standards and directives from regulatory agencies including all data reporting requirements of Centers for Medicare Services (CMS) relative to the company’s Medicare Shared Savings Plan (MSSP) ACO.
Knowledge and understanding of “risk-based” managed care contracting, and organization management, including healthcare data and financial management.
Ability to implement clinical management requirements of Medicare Shared Savings Plan (MSSP) to successfully realize positive financial outcomes of the ACO and to reduce risk.
Coordinate the development of professional, effective relationships with ACO participants to include hospitals, primary care physicians, specialists and ancillary providers.
