This position requires a strategic, proactive individual who initiates and executes creative ideas overseeing the profitable and efficient day-to-day operations of all Ottumwa Property & Redevelopment Company’s owned and managed properties and assets. Your drive and abilities to negotiate contracts and agreements; oversee and manage construction projects and rental properties are critical.

Excellent organization and communication skills are a must for working with community leaders who will represent our commitment to excellence in quality, integrity, and leadership in the Ottumwa community. The successful incumbent must be willing and visible participant in the Ottumwa community.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Applicable bachelor degree and 3-5 years relevant work related experience

  • Experience in property management, construction, or related fields a plus;

  • Strong interpersonal and both written and oral communication skills;

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment;

Salary Range – $55,000 – $75,000

President – CEO | Financial Services | Pennsylvania

The President and CEO will need to be a strong leader who will be able to lead the institution through the changes in the environment that both education and financial services will experience in the coming years. We require a visionary who can broaden the vision for the organization, increase brand recognition, move the enterprise in the direction of excellence, be creative in positioning the organization and its programs but do so in a strategic way. This will require an individual who is also able to execute very well on the existing commitment to its market while seizing the opportunities presented by the changing environment including the expanded use of technology.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • An earned doctorate or terminal degree (for example: Ph.D., Ed.D., D.B.A., or J.D.);

  • Experience working in both academia and financial services;

  • Outstanding leadership skills and a track record of successful leadership in developing and executing a strategic vision to broaden the role of the organization and move the College in the direction of greater excellence;

  • The ability to build strong relationships with industry leaders; can gain financial support from major corporations in the financial services industry by relating well to corporate executives and conveying a passion for the mission of the American College;

Chief Executive – CEO| manufacturing | Cemen Tech | Indianola, IA

Executive summary: Responsible for overall direction of the organization within the guidelines set by the board of directors. Plan, direct, or coordinate activities at the highest level of management with the assistance of subordinate senior leadership team.

  • Direct & coordinate the organizations financial and budget activities to maximize profitability.
