Pure Artists’ Group will transform the way sculpture is sought, sold and appreciated. Pure Artists’ Group is owned and funded to date by its founders Bill Jesse, Brad Oldham and Christy Coltrin and is comprised of two companies, Pure Sculpture, LLC and Legendary Sculpture. To date the primary focus has been on launching the Pure Sculpture company with Legendary Sculpture development having just started.
Pure Sculpture fills the market gap between decorative accessories manufactured in unlimited quantities and traditional gallery-sold sculpture produced in very small edition sizes. Pure Sculpture Editions are Fine Art sculpture crafted by well-known artists, in edition sizes typically ranging from 300 to 500 and in the retail price range of $500 to $3,000. Since inception, Pure Sculpture has focused on 1) signing the initial set of visual artists to its innovative business model; 2) developing the creative and manufacturing processes; 3) building a custom scalable website that has sculpture friendly features, e.g. edition number selection, 360° rotation, customization, etc.; and 4) securing its first major national partnership, National Geographic. Pure Sculpture is now moving into the next phase of its development, which is the crucial step of designing, implementing and executing on its vision of a Direct to Consumer model for sales of Fine Art sculpture. The Direct to Consumer model will encompass the entire customer lifecycle with marketing, sales, fulfillment and an after the sale secondary marketplace for an ever expanding line of Pure Sculpture artworks.
Legendary Sculpture Overview
Legendary Sculpture provides high-end sports sculpture and memorabilia and is just now entering the early launch stage. The vision for Legendary Sculpture is to bring Fine Art sculpture quality and exclusiveness to high-end sports memorabilia, working with legendary athletes, teams and leagues/conferences as partners. Legendary Sculpture is expected to leverage the framework and foundation that has been established for Pure Sculpture as well as share in the next Direct to Consumer stage, enabling the growth of this company to be accelerated.

Desired Skills and Experience
Pure Artists’ Group’s CEO will ideally have most of the following characteristics:
Substantial experience and quantifiable success in Direct to Consumer sales and marketing;
Experience in high-end home, art, and/or luxury goods industries;
Ability to operate in an early-stage environment where resources are constrained and prioritizing activities and investments is crucial;
Demonstrated capability and track record in leading an early-stage, high growth business;
Understanding of and experience with substantial business partnerships;
Track record of securing growth equity from investors; and
Outstanding execution skills.
Chief Executive –CEO |South Texas Spine & Surgical Hospital |San Antonio, TX
National Surgical Hospitals (“NSH”), a Chicago-based company that partners with physicians to own and develop surgical hospitals nation-wide, is seeking a CEO for their San Antonio, Texas facility.
The successful candidate will have prior experience managing a surgery center or surgical hospital. An advanced degree is highly desirable. Incumbent must be dynamic, positive, outgoing, flexible and able to work with physicians, boards, committees, regulatory agencies, third party payors, vendors, patients and all levels of personnel. Must possess conceptual, financial, communication and administrative skills.
The CEO is accountable for the direction and coordination of all aspects of the facility. Responsibilities include board relations, physician relations, marketing, budgeting, staffing, contracting, development and implementation of goals and objectives, quality assurance, regulatory compliance and plant operations. The CEO is also responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality patient care while efficiently utilizing resources and maximizing returns.
Position reports to the Vice President of Operations.

President – CEO | Credit Union | Falls Church, VA
Arlington Community Federal Credit Union (ACFCU), a $215 million dollar community based credit union located in Arlington, Virginia, is searching for a new Chief Executive Officer to replace the retiring incumbent. Under the direction of the Board of Directors, this individual will have full responsibility and general control over the administration and operation of the credit union through its management and staff. This person will be expected to provide inclusive leadership to a cohesive team that is committed to service excellence, financial stability, an exceptional workplace culture, and a strong community presence. The ideal candidate will be confident, innovative, visionary, driven and inspiring.
Responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the organization in the successful fulfillment of the mission and strategic vision;
Providing leadership, vision and focus to management and staff to ensure long term viability of the Credit Union;
Working collaboratively with the Board of Directors and Senior Management staff in refining the strategic direction of the credit union, ensuring short and long term financial health, adhering to regulatory compliance, expanding market share, overseeing multiple functions (including finance/accounting, lending and deposit operations, information technology, marketing/business development, human resources, organizational development, etc.)
Serving as a member of appropriate committees and CUSO Boards (e.g., ALCO, wealth management, mortgage lending, business services, etc.);
Implementing all policy directives from the board, delegating authority to ensure effective performance of assigned functions;
Will ensure results by modeling the core values and building on the culture of excellence.
Experienced in driving growth at a financial institution
Strong leadership skills, including creative problem solving, teambuilding, exceptional communication skills, and strategic planning;
Experience with financial services regulation and regulators;
History of participation in community events, credit union industry and service organizations; and;
A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of ten years progressive management experience and five years’ experience in an executive role is required. Master’s degree in business strongly preferred.
