Early discussions with one of the nation’s top three security providers generated interest in Beta testing our systems as soon as we can make them available and already led to preliminary discussions about a potential buy-out. The company is seeking an experienced CEO with strong experience in business and technology development to lead commercialization efforts.
The firm is still at a very early stage, and is just starting to spin up hardware, but we do have a capable integration partner identified and on board. This venture will require an aggressive push in both product and market development. Multiple options for an early exit are available, and the expectation is that this business would most likely sell to one of the nation’s top security providers within 1-2 years.

Proven leadership capabilities in launching new ventures
