MedQuest Search Solutions, Inc., the nation’s leading healthcare executive search firm is conducting a search for a Chief Executive Officer for a behavioral healthcare facility in Greater Reading, Pennsylvania. This facility is apart of a national company who provides superior behavioral healthcare for the people, communities and hospitals they serve.

This facility provides inpatient acute treatment programs designed for adults and older adults.

Looking for strong and experienced CEO to set the course for behavioral health at this facility.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree required, Masters Preferred

*Recent experience working as a behavioral executive, CEO, COO or Director at a Behavioral health facility A MUST**

Strong Knowledge of behavioral health management practices

Knowledge of Pennsylvania state and federal regs

They are looking to grow and add a dual diagnosis unit to their facility so experience starting up and growing a similar unit/program is an added plus.

Job Description

Innovative Security Systems has developed a disruptively innovative product offering with broad applicability in residential security markets. Early discussions with one of the nation’s top three security providers generated interest in Beta testing our systems as soon as we can make them available and already led to preliminary discussions about a potential buy-out. The company is seeking an experienced CEO with strong experience in business and technology development to lead commercialization efforts.

The firm is still at a very early stage, and is just starting to spin up hardware, but we do have a capable integration partner identified and on board. This venture will require an aggressive push in both product and market development. Multiple options for an early exit are available, and the expectation is that this business would most likely sell to one of the nation’s top security providers within 1-2 years.

The company is seeking a candidate with the following background and experience:

Proven leadership capabilities in launching new ventures

Exceptional business development experience, in cultivating strong industry partnerships

An ability to listen to customers, and to set a clear product vision, while having general technical competence

Specific experience in physical security systems and/or vision systems is a definite positive, but is not necessarily essential

Demonstrated experience raising funds from public and private sources

Exceptional references and an ability to leverage a strong professional network

Prior M&A experience is a definite positive
