We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer with strong branded sales and product marketing experience to revitalize and grow the business under new financial sponsorship. You will be an experienced business leader in the CPG field with an appetite to grow a company and share in the ownership of the business. Ideally your background will include marketing and sales leadership experiences in both large multinational CPG and middle market or privately held companies. Background in soft goods, health & beauty, personal care or food will be of particular interest, even more so if there has been an emphasis in “green” or environmentally responsive values.

Principals and executives from other non-bank financial services institutions including media or hedge funds, financial advisory or management companies would also be considered. Strong banking experience as a standing CEO with bottom line responsibility for running a financial institution with assets of approximately $1 Billion for at least 4-5 years is requested.
Seasoned experience raising capital is required. Our feeling is that while preferred, it will be harder to find candidates with deep commercial banking and IP experience in one person.
