We are a chemical manufacturing company based in Canada, but with an international presence, currently seeking a President & CEO.
Although the current operating team and structure is sound, the CEO will be asked to continually assess the organization’s operational leadership and execution teams, policies, procedures, and systems to ensure readiness, capacity and capability to move Icynene forward with pace.
In addition to providing strategic leadership, the CEO will be required to nurture, coach, mentor, and develop the team to maximize the Company’s performance. Finally, the CEO must have the vision and foresight to prepare the business for a favorable return or exit for the existing shareholders.
Reporting to the Chairman and Board of Directors, the President & CEO will have complete responsibility for managing all aspects of the company’s profit and loss.
The President & CEO will be an outstanding leader who will play a critical role in developing the Company’s long-term strategy, as well as the primary drivers in executing the plan. Growth will be primarily organic. He/she will build a consistent performance culture by implementing programs to maximize profitability within new and existing operations. He/she will be expected to sustain a culture of accountability while managing the company’s finances and balance sheet to maximize profitable growth.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for providing strategic leadership for Vantage by work with the Board and other management to establish long-term goals, strategies, plans and policies while ensuring short-terms goals are being achieved.
The CEO will be the principal executive of the Company, setting the direction of the Company, responsible for the day-to-day operations while reporting to the Chairman of the Board, the Company’s founder. The CEO will have department leaders reporting directly to them including the CMO, CTO, Legal Counsel, VP of Global HR, VP of Worldwide Operations, Finance and Accounting. This position will have full responsibility of the financial and operational performance of the Company through the development of a vision (as endorsed by the Chairman), creation of an effective strategy, acquiring the right talent, monitoring, adjusting and managing a set of senior-level staff against their deliverables.

Define and drive Jive’s mobile product and business strategy. You will be at the forefront of changing how people work inside the enterprise and with their customers and partners. Lead the way for this fantastic design and development team. Leverage the suite of existing rich native and mobile web apps, Jive iOS SDK, and significant partner relationships and budget to amplify current momentum and make Jive the recognized brand leader in enterprise mobile.
