- Oil and gas industry experience preferably in services and / rentals

- Experience working with a family-owned business

- Experience working with private equity firms

- Ability to work in Hobbs, New Mexico for the first 12-18 months

- Ability to relocate to Midland, Dallas, or Houston after the first 12-18 months

Job Summary

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for providing strategic leadership by working with the Board and other management to establish long-term goals, strategies, plans and policies while ensuring short-terms goals are being achieved.

The CEO will be the principal executive of the Company, setting the direction of the Company, responsible for the day-to-day operations while reporting to the Chairman of the Board, the Company’s founder.
