In the event you and Chief Executive cannot amicably resolve any disputes relating to this Site, then any and all disputes arising out of or relating to this Site shall be resolved by arbitration pursuant to the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree that the arbitrators shall not have the power to reform or modify these Terms and Conditions of Use in any way and to that extent their powers are so limited.  The determination of the arbitrators shall be final and binding on the parties and judgment on it may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.  You and Chief Executive agree to bear the cost of such arbitration equally.  The arbitration shall take place in Montvale, NJ.  These Terms and Conditions, any action undertaken pursuant hereto and the rights and obligations of the parties hereto shall be governed by and subject to all laws and regulations of the State of New Jersey.
