Without our task oriented colleagues, the ‘doers,’ our days would be pretty short. They run the machines, they make the calls, they enter the data, they pack, they load they drive the vehicles…they add the value.
This is about open communications and the two biggest opportunities we have to disconnect as an organization; when we are overwhelmed by growth and when we are losing traction.
Fear of failure, however defined, can be a cornerstone to success if kept in perspective. It also can freeze decision makers in their tracks. Having no fear can be an even greater danger!
