KEY INCENTIVES

Act 60: The Puerto Rico Incentives Code offers a 4% fixed income tax rate, a 100% tax exemption on capital gains and a 75% exemption on property tax. It also offers a 50% exemption on municipal license tax and a 15-year standard exemption grant period.

Invest Puerto Rico launched two online platforms in late 2024 to showcase the island’s potential. A new real estate platform offers a curated digital database
of industrial properties, while a workforce dashboard offers data and insights to help businesses understand and utilize the territory’s labor market.

With the beautiful setting along the Cumberland River, golfers of all capabilities will thoroughly enjoy the golf, scenery and hospitality.

The golf outing fee includes transportation to and from the hotel, greens/cart fees, use of practice facilities, and boxed lunch. The bus will leave the hotel at 10:30 am for a noon shotgun start and return to the hotel after the cocktail reception following the completion of the round.
