Webinar Overview

Compensation is an essential tool that enables a firm to directly link its senior executive team to the strategic and performance goals of the organization. As CEO, you know it is in the best interests of your company to benchmark your compensation level and plan to ensure you are being fairly incented and aligned with the market. It is equally important to do the same for your executive team.

A well-structured executive compensation plan allows a private company to retain its most important employees, remain competitive in attracting top talent and provide the short and long-term incentives that make sure executives are properly aligned with the goals of the company.

Join Chief Executive as we share results from our recently conducted survey on CEO and senior executive compensation in private companies. This research provides critical insight into how top-performing private companies are compensating their executives and will give you expert guidance on how your company should be considering and implementing its executive compensation plans.

  • How top-performing companies are structuring and implementing their executive compensation plans

In addition the data insights provided by Chief Executive, Jim Heim, a leading executive compensation expert at Pearl Meyer & Partners will provide detailed information about how to properly structure an executive compensation plan to drive business results and best practices that private companies should employ in crafting their own programs.
