CEO Summit:

Bringing Teams Together

Shaping Culture in a Disconnected World

Anthony Capuano

Featuring

Anthony Capuano
CEO, Marriott International

In a world that increasingly feels disconnected, building a strong, resilient team culture that transcends external forces is more critical than ever.

In today’s fractured workplace, culture isn’t built by accident—it’s built by leaders. And it’s one of the few things you can control, even when the rest of the world feels chaotic.

At CEO Summit 2026, you’ll join other CEOs and senior leaders for two focused days of conversation and strategy on how to:

  • Build culture that sticks—even across locations, time zones and shifting expectations
  • Retain and engage top performers who want more than just a paycheck
  • Use technology to unify your people, not just manage them

The 2026 Summit will be held at Marriott International’s global headquarters in Washington, D.C., home to one of the world’s largest workforces and routinely ranked as a “Best Workplace.” If you’re rethinking how to lead in 2026 and beyond, this is an event you can’t afford to miss.

CEOs FOCUSING IN ON THE WORKFORCE

In 2016, Chief Executive held our first Talent Summit to help CEOs and senior executives discuss strategies for attracting, developing and retaining talent. Originally focused on human capital management, the event’s scope broadened over time to include topics like leadership development, organizational culture, and strategic planning.

Renamed the CEO Summit, reflecting its expanded focus on the diverse challenges and opportunities faced by CEOs and senior leaders, it continues to provide a space for peer learning, networking and exchanging ideas on developing the best workplace and workforce possible.
