PE-Backed Leadership Summit

Strategic Moves for the Next Era of Private Equity

This is an era of change like few others in history. It isn’t the shifts in the economy. It isn’t the headwinds in dealmaking. It isn’t the ramping pressures of investors. It’s the all-at-once shock of technological and workplace revolution—a truly promethean moment and a once-in-a-generation opportunity to build unprecedented value and capture the future. Or be left behind. Leadership will be the difference.

As past attendees will tell you, Chief Executive Group’s annual PE-Backed Leadership Summit—now in its fourth year—is unlike any other event in business.

It’s a unique event designed specifically for busy operators of PE-backed businesses. Unlike other programs that focus on academic theory and research, with time horizons and strategy sessions geared towards other more generalized ownership models, this summit shares the practical expertise of active, deep-in-the-game practitioners—onstage and off.

It’s a great opportunity to sharpen your focus, gain insights from experts and peers and tackle what actually matters to reach a profitable exit in these challenging times.

How do you capture the advantages of emerging technologies and integrate them at PE-speed?

What do your investors want—what will they want—and can you help them navigate what’s to come?

How about your employees? Your customers? The markets?

And how will you keep your team on track amid all these disruptions—the most powerful series of dislocations in our lifetimes?

We’ll convene a panel of private equity firm executives who will candidly share their thoughts on the market, on evaluating talent, on exit strategies and changing timeframes—and what they expect from portco CEOs and CFOs. Their experience can provide valuable insights to help you develop a successful partnership with your portfolio leaders in the coming year.
