4th ANNUAL

PE-Backed Leadership Summit

The Game Has Changed—Here’s How to Win

PE-backed CEOs are living through one of the most brutal periods in memory. After years of lavish funding the brakes are on and so is the pressure. Underwater equity. Massive CEO turnover. Rising rates. Dead deals. Micromanaging sponsors. And a new wave of technology that promises even more powerful change and disruption. In this environment, you need an edge. We can help.

On October 10, 2023, we’ll convene an exclusive gathering of seasoned PE-backed CEOs and expert advisors with a single goal: To help you navigate the most treacherous period in the PE industry’s history.

How will you manage unrealistic sponsor expectations? How will you adapt the new wave of technology to grow against the headwinds—but avoid making bad, potentially deadly bets? What can we learn from CEOs who have gone through these cycles before? What will sponsors want to see in the months ahead? Most important: What are the big plays and opportunities out there to grab when others are faltering?

As CEOs and senior executives who have attended this event will tell you, Chief Executive Group’s annual PE-Backed Leadership Summit is the only event designed exclusively for the unique needs of a PE-backed leader in this difficult moment.

How do you capture the advantages of emerging technologies and integrate them at PE-speed?

What do your investors want—what will they want—and can you help them navigate what’s to come?

How about your employees? Your customers? The markets?

And how will you keep your team on track amid all these disruptions—the most powerful series of dislocations in our lifetimes?
