Tom was the founding Partner of DSi, Inc., a legal services firm providing advanced electronic discovery and digital forensics services. After 15 years at the helm as CEO and President, Tom transitioned to the role of Executive Chairman and Steward of Purpose to focus on his passion for excellent company culture. He intently focused on the culture that reflected the organization’s purpose: eDiscovery About People. Customers and other interested parties regularly visited the organization to learn more about how to build a great culture and Inc. Magazine recognized DSi as one of the 50 Best Places to Work. He is a member of the Entrepreneur Organization and Tiger 21. Tom has served on multiple boards, including Watermelon Ministries, Picture the Nations, Givful, Inc., Legility, Inc., and KLIFE Ministries, where he is a founding board member.

Andy Harris

Andy Harris is a proven M&A leader, CEO, active board member, and passionate advisor with 30 years of leadership experience who thrives to deliver results through M&A. As a professional who has been on both the buy and sell side of the strategic M&A process, he applies his business acumen as Managing Director of STS Capital. ​

Andy brings significant sector expertise and domain knowledge in industrial manufacturing and B2B spaces, with an emphasis on highly technical, high value-add, specialty chemicals, ingredients, equipment, instrumentation, and services. He also has broad industry experience in chemicals, water treatment, oil & gas, personal care, plastics, food and beverage, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and biotech. Andy holds an MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arizona. He specializes in business growth and transformation through M&A. His unique ability to identify and develop optimum strategic value in an M&A transaction, combined with his servant leadership and mentorship, is fundamental to delivering extraordinary value to his clients.​

Wayne is chairman of Chief Executive Group. He has been an entrepreneur since 1995 and successfully built multiple high-growth businesses. Wayne was previously a management consultant with Bain & Company and Monitor Company in Boston, London, Milan and Los Angeles. Wayne has an MBA from Harvard and a BA from Stanford University.

General’s Retreat, built in 1986 with architect Gary Roger Baird, has been voted the “Best Golf Course in Nashville” and is a “must play” when visiting the Nashville, Tennessee area. With the beautiful setting along the Cumberland River, golfers of all capabilities will thoroughly enjoy the golf, scenery and hospitality.

The golf outing fee includes transportation to and from the hotel, greens/cart fees, use of practice facilities, and boxed lunch. The bus will leave the hotel at 10:30 am for a noon shotgun start and return to the hotel after the cocktail reception following the completion of the round.
