Russ served as a founder and CEO for nearly 20 years. Prior to becoming a CEO, he held a Vice President role within a Fortune 500 company. Through his unique combination of entrepreneurship expertise and traditional corporate leadership, he can guide CEOs and their teams to identify new growth opportunities and quickly solve their most pressing challenges.

Juergen served 10 years as a country manager and another 16 years as CEO during his successful career within a global financial organization, where he served in the U.S., Mexico, Canada, Germany, and Australia. Through his leadership experience he has formed high-performance diverse leadership teams, achieved record financials and profitability, and developed successful, trusted business relationships and partnerships. Following his time as CEO, Juergen has spent the past few years as an executive coach and trusted advisor, focusing on aligning leadership teams and helping his clients create win-win relationships with their clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Josh has more than 15 years of experience in the role of CEO and now serves as a coach and board director. During his stints as CEO, he saw exponential growth in revenue, built out leadership teams, oversaw the establishment of an ESOP, implemented rigorous operation plans, and grew business relationships and partnerships.
