Even the strongest leadership teams can lose alignment. Strategy might be clear, but execution stalls. Interpersonal friction builds. Meetings become circular instead of productive.
That's when it's time to step back—together.
An Executive Team Off-Site gives your leadership team space to reset, refocus, and strengthen how you work as one. Led by a former CEO who’s been in your seat, each session is built around your unique challenges and designed to help you move forward faster.
Every engagement is tailored, but the overarching goals are consistent:
Clarity: Define shared objectives and decision rights.
Alignment: Ensure everyone is working toward the same priorities.
Accountability: Set expectations for execution and follow-through.
Trust: Strengthen relationships and improve communication across the team.
Momentum: Build the energy and commitment to sustain progress long after the off-site ends.
Our network of coaches is vastly experienced handling challenges and developing strategy. We can match you with a coach who best aligns with what you’re hoping to achieve through your off-site. Here are some of the common areas our coaches are engaged for:
Clarify top priorities, roles and decision rights
