Shane Goodwin

Goodwin has 18 years of M&A, corporate finance and principal investing experience at Wall Street firms including Goldman, Sachs & Co., Citigroup/Salomon Brothers and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ). He has advised on numerous M&A assignments totaling over $30 billion in transaction value, has executed over 50 public and private debt and equity investments totaling over $15 billion and has extensive private equity and corporate restructuring experience. Goodwin earned an MBA, with a concentration in finance, from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University
