As a result of their data-driven approach and role as fiduciaries, Health Compass clients save an average of $1,856 per employee per year, with better coverage.

As Chairman of the Validation Institute’s Certified Health Value Professional (CHVP) Advisory Board, Donovan further contributes to the industry by elevating the professional standards of benefits consulting through leading education on health plan innovation.
