She works with many global clients to address operational and accounting challenges, ASC 740-accounting for income taxes, stock based compensation, deferred revenue, R&D tax credits, IRS examinations and global tax planning.
In recent years Gretchen held several leadership roles with RSM in the West Region including office managing partner, tax consulting leader, and corporate tax leader. Currently she participates in a national committee addressing the Tax Functional Lead role description, measures, playbook, training, etc. to better prepare the next generation of tax leaders at RSM.
