Leadership

What we know that other search firms don’t.

Jack McCullough is passionate about leadership in the CFO community. Prior to founding the CFO Leadership Council, he spent years as a CFO before dedicating his career to building the leading professional network that educates, trains, and connects thousands of senior financial executives across the country. As a twice-published author on CFO leadership, Jack regularly travels the country, networking with senior finance leaders. And he is supported by a team of recruiting experts.

That means our financial executive searches aren’t just keyword matches — they are extremely situation-specific. We understand the difference between a CFO who’s great at fundraising and one who’s great at operational finance. We know who thrives in a PE-backed environment and who belongs in a public company.

And because of the CFO Leadership Council’s national network, we don’t need to start from scratch. We probably already know your next CFO or senior finance leader.

Our Community

Built on a trusted community — not a recruiting database.

Chief Leadership Partners is built in partnership with the CFO Leadership Council and Chief Executive Group, bringing together deep relationships with finance leaders and direct access to CEOs and boards.

The CFO Leadership Council is a professional network, not a candidate pool. We do not market members.
