Who We work with

We work with companies where CFO leadership matters most.

Different stages require different types of CFOs. We help companies get that decision right.

Private Capital

Venture capital and private equity‑backed companies

We work with portfolio companies that need to upgrade CFOs post-acquisition, build institutional finance capability, support M&A and integration, and prepare for exit. The challenge is not finding a CFO — it’s finding one who can operate in a VC or PE environment.

Growth Stage

Founder-led and growth-stage companies

We help companies transitioning from founder-led finance, early-stage accounting teams, and reactive financial management to a more structured, forward-looking finance function. This is often the first true CFO hire — and the most critical one.

Middle Market

Middle-market companies at inflection points

We work with companies that are scaling rapidly, entering new markets, professionalizing operations, and preparing for capital events. At this stage, the CFO becomes a central driver of performance.

The Common Thread

What these companies have in common

They are not just hiring a CFO. They are making a decision that will shape:

Let’s talk about your situation.

We’ll help you determine what kind of CFO your business needs — and whether now is the right time.
