A Workshop with Bob Nardelli
Former CEO, Home Depot and Chrysler
With margins tightening and capital harder to come by, every CEO is under pressure to grow without losing control of costs or culture. Your edge in 2026 will come from execution—clarity on what matters and the discipline to measure and deliver it.
That’s why this session gives you direct access to Bob Nardelli—one of the most accomplished operators of the past 50 years. From scaling The Home Depot through hypergrowth to steering Chrysler through crisis, and now advising PE-backed mid-market companies across industries,
Bob has built a system for thriving when the stakes are highest.
You’ll get an inside look at what operators and investors focus on most: execution discipline, leadership alignment and culture as a performance driver—not just financials.
Through a pre-event guidebook, a live 90-minute intensive and a facilitated peer workshop, you will build a clear, customized growth framework to guide your company into 2026.
