A Workshop with Bob Nardelli
Former CEO, Home Depot and Chrysler

Ahead of the live session, you and your team will receive a workbook drawn from Bob Nardelli’s operating playbook—the same principles he used to double revenues at The Home Depot and stabilize Chrysler in crisis. This ensures you arrive ready to connect his lessons directly to your company’s growth challenges.

This centerpiece online session is a rare opportunity to go inside the mind of a world-class operator. Bob will share how to unlock growth when capital is scarce, how to squeeze efficiency from operations without losing talent, and how to build resilience when volatility is the only constant. Expect hard-won insights you won’t find in books or classrooms—only from decades in the trenches.

With guidance from a professional facilitator, you’ll translate Bob’s principles into a concrete plan for 2026. Together with peers, you’ll clarify your growth goals, identify the levers that matter most, and leave with action steps your team can apply immediately.
