In Partnership with Health Action Council
For employers, healthcare benefits have become a defining business issue. Costs are rising, predictability is under pressure, and many organizations are questioning whether their current approach is delivering the transparency, flexibility, and value the business requires. As the market grows more complex, leaders need a clearer view of their options and stronger control over the decisions shaping today’s spend and tomorrow’s strategy.
This session will examine the forces shaping the landscape today and the practical actions organizations can take to respond with greater confidence. From funding and network strategies to plan design, vendor alignment and governance, the discussion will focus on how to improve decision-making, and create a more disciplined, forward-looking approach to healthcare benefits.
