Edmondson is one of the world’s most respected thinkers on leadership, learning, and innovation. Her “Three Archetypes of Failure” framework—featured in her award-winning book The Right Kind of Wrong—has become essential reading for leaders navigating constant change.
In this live, working session, she’ll go beyond theory to help you apply her ideas to your own challenges. Edmondson’s time is typically reserved for Fortune 100 boardrooms and private engagements, making this a rare chance to work with her directly.
Galanti played a central role in Costco’s rise from regional player to global powerhouse. Over nearly four decades as CFO, he helped shape the company’s culture of discipline, trust, and long-term thinking—building systems that allow Costco to move fast, scale efficiently, and stay true to its values.
This is a rare opportunity to hear directly from Galanti. Since stepping down, he’s largely stayed out of the spotlight, making his participation in this session especially meaningful.
Learn how to apply Edmondson’s “Three Archetypes of Failure” framework to your team’s recent missteps. You’ll work through real examples to separate smart risks from avoidable mistakes—and walk away with a plan to reduce the noise, build trust, and move faster in uncertain conditions.
Get a behind-the-scenes look at how Costco’s leadership culture enables consistent execution—even at scale. Galanti will share specific decision-making practices and systems that help leaders cut through complexity and stay aligned on what matters most.
Ask your questions, share what your team is facing, and hear how these two leaders would approach the challenges you’re up against.
