Preparing for a Future Exit:
What CEOs & CFOs Should Be Doing Now

A strong exit is shaped long before a business goes to market. The decisions you make today influence the value you build, the buyers you attract, and the outcome you ultimately achieve.

Join Chief Executive Group and STS Capital Partners for an exclusive virtual roundtable for CEOs and CFOs considering a future sale.

Jonathan Sherrill and Jeff Kaczperski — both former founders who successfully sold their own companies — will join Andy Harris, President of North American Strategies & Managing Director at STS Capital Partners and Wayne Cooper, Executive Chairman of Chief Executive Group, for a candid conversation about what it really takes to prepare for a successful exit, long before the day arrives.

Drawing on their firsthand experiences, the discussion will explore:

Whether you’re considering a transaction this year, in the next 2–3 years, or simply want to understand what it takes to position your business for maximum value, this roundtable will provide practical insights you can begin applying now.

In addition, every attendee will receive a complimentary audio copy of The Extraordinary Exit (co-authored by Andy Harris and Jonathan Sherrill), as well as a complimentary strategic business evaluation from STS Capital Partners for privately owned businesses.
