CEO Pulse: Where CEOs Stand On Culture

Most CEOs say they have a good handle on their company’s culture. According to CEOs attending our annual CEO Talent Summit, held this year in West Point, New York, more than 84 percent say know the culture of their company.

Here’s what CEOs had to say regarding the challenges that keep them up at night and whether or not they spend enough time working on developing company culture. We also asked CEOs about about their top talent issues of 2018.
