“John Chambers believes that a company can move faster and execute faster if it communicates well internally,” says Ron Ricci, Cisco’s Vice President of Customer Experience Services. Chambers is “obsessed” with the idea that the effective communication of a brand story facilitates the execution of a company’s road map.
